Before you buy.
- A seat is a teammate who can chat with Yuuko in Slack — typically a CSM, CS lead, or sales-CS hybrid. Read-only viewers (e.g. an exec who just sees the daily brief) don’t need a seat.
- We’ll email you 30 days before, with a quote. You can convert to paid, or off-board cleanly with a full data export.
- No. Every integration on the integrations page is included.
- We run the model calls. They’re in the price. We use Claude and OpenAI APIs under their zero-retention enterprise terms; your data isn’t used to train models.
- Not today. If you have a strict on-prem requirement, email us — we’ll talk about a VPC-isolated deployment for larger contracts.
- Annual: $99/seat/month. Monthly: $119/seat/month. Annual saves ~17% and is the default for teams once they’ve been on the beta a few weeks.
